United Group of Institutions presents its "Sangam 2023" – The Confluence of Skills that makes a wholesome HR Leader in these times being organized on 16th September, 2023 at Sangam City, Prayagraj.

"Sangam 2023" –An HR Conclave, aims at bringing together the most knowledgeable and experienced HR professionals, Industry experts and leaders as well as academicians / practitioners / researchers associated with a plethora of fields from all over India for their experiential sharing and deliberation on important topics related to the HR function, talent acquisition, organizational success and business scenarios.

The conclave’s core theme would revolve around Mindfulness and Agility that is crucial to HR Leadership and Excellence in correlation with the best talent acquisition, management, development and retention.

The conclave will have inaugural assemblage of leaders with their intellectual addresses, key-note speeches and panel discussions in the first half followed by interactive sessions on various sub-themes in the second half of the day.
