ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

3rd Interntational conference on Control, Computing, Communication and Materials 2024

The objective of ICCCCM-2024 is to encourage sharing research and development works describing original work on theories, methodologies, abstractions, algorithms, industry applications and case studies. Conference aims to enhance the health of the research enterprise, foster integrity in science and engineering and promote the researcher's understanding of science for the purpose of improving technology. These include advancement in methods of modeling, simulation, design and control of engineering systems, new technological development, advance devices, energy efficiency, computational systems, etc. with the aim of promoting technological growth as per current needs. The conference also provides a common platform for the exchange of ideas, sharing of knowledge and experience among the participants and experts from academia and industries, to benefit the budding engineers and researchers. Featured with invited speeches, oral presentations, and poster presentations, ICCCCM-2024 welcomes the participation of anyone who is interested in the related fields.

ABOUT UNITED COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH

United College of Engineering and Research Naini Prayagraj (UCER), situated in the bank of two holy rivers named as Ganga and Yamuna. It is famously named as Sangam in the world. This college has proven to be "avant-grade' in the field of science, research and technology over past few decades in this region. It holds an exemplary placement record by consistently placing students in good companies. PAPER POLICY


Guidelines for Paper Submission

Paper Submission link is active from 18th August, 2023

All submissions must be in English only.

Authors are invited to submit full paper as a PDF using the IEEE templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of six (6) printed pages in IEEE format (10-point font, double-column and A4) including figures, tables and references. The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are significantly longer than 6 pages.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ICCCCM 2024 through Microsoft CMT. For submission of paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of Microsoft CMT. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT.

Review process for this conference is double-peer review. The identity of reviewers will not be disclosed.

The maximum no. of words allowed in abstract is 250 words and at least 5 keywords are also required.

The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 04 mentioned tracks in submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Microsoft CMT.

All papers submitted to ICCCCM24 will be checked for plagiarism according to IEEE guidelines. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.

The acceptance of papers along with referees’ comments will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.

The accepted conference papers will be scheduled for presentation either in offline or online mode. The total time alotted for presentation at technical session will be 15 min including Q&A. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is a requirement of publication in the conference proceedings.The presented paper would be processed for indexing in IEEE xplore for publication compliance
