Astitva ' 23

A two-day event Astitva ' 23 started at United Institute of Technology (UIT) campus, on Thursday, Dec 21. Being hosted by UIT, over 900 students from different colleges and universities of Prayagraj including Allahabad University (AU), United University (UU), SHUATS, Shambhunath, CMP Degree College and SS Khanna Degree College along with the students of United Group of Institutions (UGI) enthusiastically participated in the event.
The program commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries including Vice Chairman, UGI Shri Satpal Gulati, and Principal, UIT Prof Sanjay Srivastava.
A mesmerizing welcome dance invoking Lord Ganesha was presented by the students on this occasion followed by a series of programs.
They include JAM, Mehendi, Singing, Dance, Dev Quest, Fashion Show, Rangoli, Open Mic, Tech Expo, Bug Hunt, Face Painting, Short Film Making and Poster Making among others.
Besides these, the special attraction of the day one event was a session of eminent motivational speaker and founder of Shri Yatharth IAS Mr. Awadh Ojha, the Guest of Honour. He addressed a large gathering of students at United Central Auditorium giving them a mantra of success. Vice Chairman Shri Satpal Gulati, Vice President Shri Gaurav Gulati and Prof Sanjay Srivastava honoured Mr. Ojha by presenting him with a memento.They also expressed happiness over the success of the event.
